Jojo has been a student and teacher of yoga since graduating from Bihar School of Yoga in India in 2004 . She completed her teacher training Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in Bali, Indonesia in 2013.

 Her areas of knowledge include Western, Vedic and Buddhist philosophy, Yoga and Meditation techniques, Eastern philosohy, yogic physiology, and psychic anatomy.

Jojo embraces the Eastern approach to philosophy as a way of life. She believes learning and evolution spontaneously occur through daily living. Divinity is a universal constant that is never outside or beyond us, instead it is a power we can behold and embrace at any time.

Jojo practices healing arts, sound therapy, and tantra through music and mantra. She counsels on Ayurvedic nutrition, and the healing effects of a plant-based lifestyle.

Kundalini Yoga is an yoga of transformation practiced in kriyas. These specific sets of exercises generate energy, raise awareness, expand intuition, remove psychic blocks, purify the body and calm the mind. This allows the boundless infinite Self to be revealed and experienced.


Each class includes mantra, pranayama, meditation and song along with yoga postures and will leave you feeling energized and blissful.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is a practice that breaks through apparent limitations to enable you to live in your highest Self. The aim is to awaken the power of the individual to excel, to experience their Infinity and fulfill their personal destiny. It is equally accessible to those new to yoga and those with prior experience in other schools of yoga.


Each 60-90 minute class is a kriya - a specific combination of mantra, physical exercises and breathing techniques, followed by a complementary and powerful meditation. Each kriya delivers a precise effect, e.g Reducing Stress or Opening the Heart.


"Kundalini" literally means "the curl of the lock of hair of the beloved." This metaphor alludes to the flow of energy and consciousness that exists within each of us, and enables us to merge with the universal Self. The divine union of individual and universal consciousness is called "yoga."


The Upanishads, dating back to the fifth century B.C., describe the kundalini, and the oral tradition reaches back even further in history. For thousands of years, the sacred science and technology of kundalini was secretly, passed along only verbally from master to chosen disciple.

Yogi Bhajan brought this knowledge to the West in 1969. The rapid effectiveness of his teachings has led to an explosion of interest in Kundalini Yoga across the globe.
